I'm feeling extremely....Christian today. If thats the right expression. I was very content even though so much went wrong.
I was also thinking about Jess, a girl I went to driving school with who introduced me to the Book of John a few summers ago and she IMed me a few minutes ago saying she was thinking about me a lot this week and thought i would be on. Which is funny because my AIM hasn't been working for the longest time, so it was a fluke that I was online the same time she was. Perhaps it was a sign?
Anyway--I have a good feeling.

It's such a weird feeling watching the news and recognizing a name on the screen.
Shocking, really. I haven't even thought of Tony since he threw strange beads that grew on the trees in front of my house at me during my sister's eighth birthday party.

My amazing weekend is not going to be so amazing after all.
They took my keys away...well, not really but I'm not allowed to drive. Which means I had to cancel coffee with boy. Boy is also sick and we're both about to explode due to awkwardness on the phone currently. OH, and no JT for me tonight :( Markie is out with his girlfriend 'cause she just got a job as a psychology teacher at Georgetown. ((is it weird that I feel so involved in his life??))
Oh well? I'm looking on the bright side--I spend five hours tomorrow listening to showtunes and writing with D...which will be...relaxing? fun? good for me? I don't even know...
I won't catch whatever the hell boy has that sounds painful over the phone (he's coughing and whatnot)
and I get to spend the rest of the weekend with Lauren. Which is good because I love her and miss hanging out with her 24/7.

Ellen, the lady that goes to chemo with my mommy passed away a week ago. They were supposed to see each other today. I don't know how to comfort my own mother, who is obviously scared and shocked, ect but is doing an incredible job of not letting her emotions show.

You know your childhood was strange when conversations with your Pooka go something like this:
Pooka: ok, so i just go chocolate frosted donuts from the vending machine, right?
and remember those fake platic donuts we had went we were little, like play food in the kitchen? there was a strawberry one and a chocolate one. they squeaked a bit. remember?
Me: haha yes! they tasted like baby powder!
Pooka: well this had the same texture as the plastic and tastes like it smelled! it's my childhood dream come true!! i wanted to eat those!! now i am!
Me: LUCKY
Pooka: luckily it is sans the baby powder taste
it just tastes how the fake one smelled and has the feel of plastic on the outside! this is so amazing!!!
To be honest--I'm a little jealous that she can eat them now. I hope Davis has fun vending machines!

No one should trust me with electricity again. ever. Not even turning lights on and off.
I just shocked the fuck out of my left finger/hand/arm. There is no feeling..well, it tingles..but that might just be a heart attack or something. I think that's all everyone should be aware of at the moment.

Your Royal Highness, Mr. Bush,
I would like to first of all thank you for taking time out of your busy, busy schedule of sentencing hundreds of my peers to their demises in Iraq for no good reason to read this letter from me, a lowly peasant of your kingdom. I realize your job is an endless one and the amount of stress you must be going through is no good for your already balding head.
I'm not writing this to talk politics, however. Nor am I writing this to congratulate you on the 2,763 dead American soldiers in Iraq, or the fact that my best friend's eight year old, learning disabled little brother could do a better job at running a country than you could ( I mean, at least he can say "potato" and use it in the right context). No! I am writing to warn you! You see, a few days ago, an angel came to me in a dream. I know for a fact that you have conversed many times with God himself and you might understand this phenomena that has happened. The angel told me all about God's plan and that the end is near. Now, I am a skeptical (skeptical meaning it is hard for me to trust things like angels and I find it hard to believe) but days after the angel came to me, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe announced their divorce. Strike one. Today, Kevin Federline and Britney Spears announced their divorce. Strike two.
Mr. Bush, my world came crashing down around me. Something needs to be done. Who is next? Posh and Becks? Brad and Angelina? Madonna and Guy? I'm not quite sure that I can handle the stress of another high status break up. Your time is almost up, dear President. If someone doesn't take immediate action and control this vile situation, the gays could start reproducing, making more gays in the world; the Muslims might terrorize us poor Christians; bird flu might spread to the East Coast! If you were a smart man, which I know is somewhere inside of you, I would take immediate action.
Between the gays, the Muslims, the Democrats, and the Canadians, the American public cannot take much more of such terrorism, especially in the glorious land of the Hollywood Hills. If such strong idols are taking such audacious actions, what will future generations be like? What is left for this world? America will not stand for this. So please, Mr. President. Let's kick it like JT and bring sexyback to the US of A

First of all-the rumors are true. Ms. Blankenship IS getting married..on SATURDAY to Christie!!! So the 14th, we're gunna do SOMETHING special for her..ideas? Call/email/whatever me.
